We cancelled our holiday
( Booking Ref : 6635270 should LowCost Staff Read This ! )
& Monarch agreed to refund £90 of the flights
The refund was processed and passed back to LowCostHolidays on May 15th
After NUMEROUS calls to LowCostHolidays & constantly being told a refund would be made within 48 hours I am STILL to receive our refund !

Every time I ring up they assure me a refund will be received within 48 hours

I have contacted ABTA & ATOL & also complained to the Aviation Authority

For entertainment purposes I have copied the emails received from
Cosmos ( Part of the Monarch Group ) which confirms the refund was made
( Back to the LowCostHolidays company card )

I can confirm the booking has now been cancelled; please allow 24 hours for a cancellation invoice. The refund will go back on the card that was used to pay for the flights.

The issue was resolved ( finanlly ) by the most helpful customer service agent i've ever spoke to ( Anisha )
