I booked a holiday with jetline and they rang back saying it was not available,so they chose a different place to stay,I took it as it would be on par with the 3 star place I first booked,when I we arrived at our destination we noticed no poo,no air conditioning,it was a 2 star place so the owners said,but jetliners suppliers say it is a 3 star,it is not the owners fault at all because it is a 2 star place and you expect a 2 star if you know that's what you booked,but we did not.we expected like for like when jetline offered somewhere else to stay.we had to have the patio doors open at night so as we did not roast, there was a net curtain up but as it blew the Miskitos could get in,there was no divider between the patios so any one could have climbed over at night while we slept.there was supposed to be a iron,ironing board,toaster in the room,there was not.Jetline charged me the same money as the first place I booked for the original 3 star place.Iemailed jetline to complain and they sent the owners up to our apartment making us look bad,a guy called SPENCER at jetline dealt with us but he was not helpful at all,I paid £300 more for this holiday than I have ever paid for any holiday I have had in the last 11 years.SPENCER rang me up after a week and offered a move to another place,but I had to pay the differance he said,I told him I had paid enough money out,but he didn't offer for jetline to help out financially.Spencer told me to ring him when we got back to sort something out as I said I was going to take it further when I got home,but I rang jetline and they said they would get spencer to ring me,he has NOTThe place we stayed at was in the middle of nowhere so after 4days we hired a quad for 10days as my wife had big blisters on the bottom of her feet,she has arthritis too so all the walking didn't do her a lot of good.So my message to you is you must be MAD if you even consider booking with JETLINE TRAVEL.LTD.
