I turned up to my hotel which had been booked with innstant.com 6 months prior to be told the reservation had been cancelled. I sent innstant.com and email, tried to call several times and left a voicemail without response. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Stayed at the Aspect Hotel in Parkwest for one night in December. Booking was quick & easy, good directions made the hotel easy to find (though I'm from the area so that helped). The hotel must be brand new because everything was gleaming. Room was large, bathroom perfect (nice hot shower on arrival), located in a nice quiet spot so noise not a problem. Only quibble would be the small TV - reception wasn't great either - but who goes to a hotel to watch telly?

Paid €39 for one night room-only, wich isn't bad for Dublin 2 weeks before xmas. Nothing to see or do in the vicinity, but there is a bus route to city centre outside the door, the nearest Luas stop is a 5 minute drive away, and the Square shopping centre is a 10 minute drive away.

Would stay here again, and would definitely recommend to a friend. Very handy if you're arriving into Dublin along the M50 or M7, and parking is free.

Great prices ... You don't pay until just before your dates. Easy to use website. Friendly customer service if you ever have a query .. And most of all its safe ....have recommended this site to all my family and friends. There is nothing I didn't like about this site but would be tempted to keep it a secret .

Have been using this site since 2009. Have never had a problem.... Easy to cancel if you change your mind and decide not to go. No cancellation fees as long as you give plenty of notice.

All prices are quoted at the time of booking so you are aware of what you are paying.

Although innstant was totally new to me - in comparison with other booking sites my experience was absolutely pleasant - everything worked swiftly, smmorthly and efficiently

I shall certainly recommend it to family mambers and friends

Stumbled on this site by mistake, but the best mistake ive made. Cheapest site around at the moment, smooth transaction from start to finish, i look forward to using you next time im wanting a hotel.

I WAS VERY CONCERNED THAT MY BOOKING TOOK SO LONG TO PROCESS PAYMENT. I HAD TO GO ON HELP SITE TO CONFIRM BOOKING. THEN I FOUND OUT PAYMENT HAD BEEN TAKEN IN DOLLARS WHEN IT WAS ON SITE IN EUROS.I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN

I had some technical issues on both my bookings.

The first time I didn't get an email confirmation or get to the final page, but that was sorted out over the phone.

The second time, I had an issue with the amount or my email being blocked, so I needed confirm validation of the booking over the phone. My email was whitelisted and I was finally able to get the voucher via email.

Prices are great, customer service is friendly and professional, the web application still needs more work on it. Some of the details on my booking aren't showing up accurately on my end, but the details in the vouchers are correct.

I highly recommend this site. The prices are much more interesting than many other booking sites and you can also compare them. Very easy and pleasant to use.

I have used this website a few times now and am completely satisfied with the service provided. It is an easy, straight forward booking process, the best part being not having to pay upon booking. They have many generous offers, great prices with free cancellations and a range of accommodations. There is no problem when cancelling when travel plans may change. Certainly looking forward to booking with them again in the near future.

hi i didnt have a good experience with innstant .com last time i booked with you. it was on06 or 07 of oct .2012 as you cancelled my booking to cervantes hotel in torremolinos . it was all because of something on your side of the transaction. i hope my current booking doesent go same way. i didnt hear any more about 10$ coupon from last booking ?
