Princess wrote to me to say that I would receive Future cruise credit of 25% on top of the amount that I had paid due to a cancelled cruise. I got a quote from IGLU for a re-booking which included the FCC at 25% on the full £841 that I had already paid to IGLU.

I now have to pay the balance for my re-booked cruise but IGLU are saying that whilst I paid the full amount to IGLU of £841 for my original cruise, they only passed on the deposit of £150 to princess. They are saying I only get 25% on the £150 they paid to princess and not the full £841 that I paid them - desite their written quotation for the re-booked cruise saying I would. Unbelievable. Its not my fault IGLU held on to my money rather than forward it on to the cruise company.

I have rung them several times - get cut off; promised someone will ring me back; need to speak to a supervisor; will get back to me by 4pm that day - but on one ever rings me back and do not hear anything at all. What a mess and all for about £100.
