Upon phoning Iglu (I cannot find any customer service email) to confirm or deny a prospective Cunard 'pause' affecting our September Q.Vic cruise, and despite my simple query asking this, the agent seemed unable to answer without requiring my specific contact details. I asked why all these specifics were required just to answer the question when part way through, his tone changed saying 'well that was easy'. and later he said 'we don't need attitude'.
Quite.but whose?
I hope (without paranoia) that this review will not affect my booking although with such rudeness I won't be using Iglu again.
