Staff very helpful and sorted my bookings very fast.
One upsetting thing though was when I first book my cruise I had booked for my mum and dad, but sadly this year my dad has passed away, I was surprised that IGLU did not honour my dads deposit as my mum has re booked with me for the 2020 cruise. So for the first cruise my mum and dad paid a £180 deposit, but I could only transfer £90 to the new cruise because my dad had died and my mum has now lost dads £90 deposit. Left us feeling a little low!and I must say just a little disappointed!
But overall very good service.
