Refund requested 147 days ago following cruise cancellation. Appalling lack of any customer care from IGLU - no response from CEO or senior staff. Generic only emails when prompted by numerous requests. I have been promised a refund on three seperate dates, each came & went with NO REFUND.
Would never book with this travel agent again. I DO NOT recommend that anyone Books with this company. Note it has several names: IGLU, IGLU cruises, IGLU ski, Planet cruise. All the same company.
Court action now pending and to be commenced in 12 days if no refund given. Reported to CMA has company acting dishonestly during coronavirus.
