Terrible company.

The booking process was not that easy. They seemed not very knowledgeable on the ships and said contradictory information about rooms etc during the booking process. We had to keep chasing to get them to change mistakes they had done. Over all the booking experience was not a pleasant one but ok.

Where they have really let themselves down is with regards to refunds for cancelled cruises (the cruise was due to take place the beginning of April). To start off with they asked not to contact them as they were busy which we gave them the benefit of the doubt about and waited. We obviously requested a full refund (due to not being able to get the whole party to have the same time off again) which they said they would do. However they didn't and sent a credit note instead. So we wrote to them again requesting the refund to be paid back. They responded they they would refund back to the card (this was in June) still nothing. Remember with cancelled package holidays you're due a full refund with in 14 days!!!

I'm wondering why they are not refunding? Are they in financial trouble? I would defiantly not give them money? Are they waiting for new bookings to pay back those owed refunds?

Please do not book through Iglu Cruise!!!
