We booked a holiday with Iglu and paid for it in full (£4,780) on 8th March. Iglu cancelled the holiday on 25th March

Despite contacting Iglu on numerous occasions, our money has not been refunded. We have waited over 4 months

The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 require Iglu to refund us within 14 days of cancelling our holiday

We have contacted Customer Care, the CEO and the Finance Director with no response.
