130+ days from cancelled cruise still no refund numerous emails phone call even emailed CEO no reply .Now saying refund by 7th Aug not believing until in my account.Do not book with them.Sad to say as here had many fab cruises booked with themNever again customer service total rubbish.They have lost 1000s of customers over refund problem .
