We booked a 4 day cruise and was then unable to complete the pre cruise passport information. Having emailed and called several times we were advised that the system at the call centre did not connect to Cruise and Maritime but not to worry it will be rebooked and as the cruise has reduced in price we will get some money back. Several days later no confirmation of booking. More calls later we were then advised that we had been booked on another cruise for just 2 days but cruise would be swapped at no extra cost. Having checked the cost of the 2 day cruise it was quite clear that we had been charged for the 4 day cruise. Endless phone calls later and no call backs we are still in the dark. Due to travel in 2 weeks and still nothing. I would not recommend Iglu, go straight to the cruise line at least you will know where you stand. Iglu constantly changed their story and are totally unprofessional. Worse service ever! They have your money and couldn’t care less.
