I cannot thank the person I spoke to enough for helping me out. I had my hotel booking confirmed, and then 20 mins later is was cancelled. When I tried to re-book there was no suitable accommodation available. I managed to speak to him, who took up my complaint with the hotel direct. Some how he managed to get my booking re-instated. First class customer service.

He was very understanding of my circumstances and advised that they may be able to help me with alternative Accomodation. He was very reassuring, and kept in touch with me throughout the process and ultimately came through with a booking, against all odds. His customer service continued with valuable information about our new booking and has continued to offer his services with anything else I may need to ensure my holiday is as relaxing as possible. Used hoteles to book family holiday in tenerife and stayed in Chayofa Country Club. Felt very safe using this online booking as there is always someone you can talk to and relieve you off the stress of booking online. Every detail of our holiday has been attended to. A very affordable rate for a family of 7 and we got more of what we paid for, because of the friendly, welcoming, polite and warm treatment we got from all of the staffs...they are more like family than staffs really!!

Great room service even with the language barrier they always try to keep us happy and satisfied with the service they provide. Great for first-timers like us...highly recommended and look forward to using this site again..
