I had a double booking where two deposits were taken online of which 1 was an error. When i called up to explain, their intention was to keep both deposits. I did not ger my money back £260. Devastated.

We are sorry you have chosen to place this review. Our website is clear where arrangements are confirmed with suppliers and that there can be immediate associated non refundable costs which because of this we cannot ourselves refund. We sympathise with the error made.
