Great service from the adviser

I found holiday gems through top cash back and did very little research before booking. When booking online and finding I had to wait for a call to confirm I had my reservations so read the reviews. It was clear the negative reviews were from people who had unreasonably made asks and not got their own way. I received the callback within a matter of hours and though my holiday price changed by a £60 increase I was given multiple options to bring the price down such as flight times changes, different accommodation etc. I decided to stick with what I had previously chosen and pay the extra. The adviser was personable and friendly, answering my questions and she processed the booking and sent my confirmations through at 7pm. End to end the process took 4 hours and we have a holiday for 5 to Portugal in the summer holidays at peak times, including private transfers, good flight times and extra luggage, all for £1700. Happy family after a long time in lockdown!
