My holiday was cancelled August due to virus I asked for full refund which was agreed then they sent a credit note form to full out as they were sending out credit note I said a credit note is no use I want full cash refund as I have cancer I can't book Futher holiday next year I was given a email address to send a message about full refund it was blocked saying bailout to send I sent a email back to the person I not name just now she sent me one back saying I don't like your tone on email I will not be replying now blocked again I'm only looking for someone to deal with my refund I have used this company few holiday but never had a problem before customer service shocking
