Every part of our trip went according to plan and without any problems. Drivers and guides were most helpful and our accomodation was very good to excellent. We had arranged for 3/4 star for budget purposes but in Vietnam those ratings are better than in Australia. While touring, a couple in our group wanted to vary their itinerary for a couple of days at very short notice. Thank arranged for alternative accomodation and transport and personally delivered a cash refund to their hotel for the cancelled fares and accomodation.
