Misleading information used to sell ticket. You won't realise until you make payment which is non-refundable. I would suggest you just stay waya from them.

Terrible customer service. No communication, failed to phone (as promised) several times and lack of emails... Wont use again. Failed to resolve a problem with a rescheduled flight now I have a 12 hour layover in Heathrow for a flight to Newcastle!!! Wow. Avoid!!!

“Don't believe them”

Mis-sold tickets (not the cabin I was assured they were) and are refusing to do anything about it, or to refer me up to a manager. I wouldn't be able to trust them again

This is a very unhelpful company. They are refusing to refund a ticket bought from them. I would reccomend never using this company ever.

We purchased 4 tickets from Calgary to Hong Kong under your company with acknowledgment no. Your consultant mentioned the ticket will be issued within 72 hours. We made the full payment on Monday noon but we still haven’t receive the ticket till now. It is almost 3 days. Please follow up.
