- Agents sweet talk until payments are made, do not respond after receiving payment
- Do not respond to E-mails or calls
- Baggage policy different on agents ticket and when you call airline
agents do not clarify details
- agents claimed no change of flight , and ended up with a flight change- they do not take time to call airline and verify details, just keen on making a booking to get their cut
