I booked my flights to Tenerife (via Monarch Airlines) using Flightline.
Having booked, I discovered that I can not view and select seats on the plane as I normally do with a direct booking with Monarch - I had to talk over the phone with a Flightline person who could see them and chose the seats for me. Even worse, I can't do an online check-in for the flight. Monarch are happy to let me do this providing Flightline tell me the email address they used to make the booking, but Flightline refused point blank to do this and offered no alternative. I will have to wait in the long, long line at Gatwick to check in, whilst I think - will I ever, ever use Flightline again?
Probably nice people at Flightline, but they are still working with 20th century services and technology in a world where their clients want to do almost everything online - wake up guys and smell the coffee!
