I had to pay up front £1000 for my hotel in Tokyo.I didnot go due to my husband dying in December.We were booked to go on the 28th and my husband died on the 24th.They should be ashamed of themselves.They are just robbing people.No money no holiday and no husband.You can tell what sort of year I have had.

We had never visited Leeds before other than to look round Leeds University last year. So we thoroughly enjoyed the tremendous shopping experience in the town centre and new Trinity Centre.

Bewleys Hotel in City Walk, Kings Walk, Leeds LS11 was excellent and the hotel very impressive , clean and staff very helpful indeed. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again. Its a short walk from the main train station and it took us 10 - 15 minutes to walk there with our light luggage.

We nedded to pay for a room again, while the hotel iKiev never have got a booking.

booked hotel in malaga in sept.2012 for 6 people,hotel never received any payment from this site which i paid in aug.had to pay full payment again.

geboekt op deze site voor zes nachten naar Lanzarot, alleen is het appartement nooit geboekt door Fast-Hotel booking,maar wel is het geld van mijn creditcard afgeboekt. dit is een Turkse site en pure oplichting.

WE HAD NO MONEY AND NO WHERE TO STAY AS WE THOUGHT WE HAD A NICE ALL INCLUSIVE TO STAY AT! BE VERY CAREFUL AS THEY ARE OPERATING UNDER DIFFERENT SITES AS WELL, APPARENTLY IT IS OPERATING FROM A JEWELRY STORE IN TURKEY AND ALSO ISTANBUL. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING WITH ANY INTERNET SITE.

I cannot believe that 2 days prior to departing on a family holiday having booked my accommodation through fast-hotel booking.com, I made contact with the hotel to organise some transport on arrival. The hotel told me they have no knowledge of my booking. After further investigation I realised I had been scammed by these scumbags for over $3000.00. I am now struggling to find accommodation for the family holiday 2 days before departure. We have had to cancel credit cards and look to try and recover the lost funds. I cannot believe I have fallen for this, however the web site looks very professional.

Prendono i soldi dalla carta di credito (alcuni sfortunati hanno avuto anche più addebiti e di importi elevati...tutti i soldi finiscono in Turchia), inviano la conferma con tanto di numero di prenotazione ma all'arrivo in hotel non risulta nè prenotazione nè pagamento e quindi il truffato deve di nuovo pagare tutto...

This is a fraud site, we arrived in corfu and when we got to our hotel there was no record of our booking and the hotel was full. Thankfully due to a very helpful manager we were found somewhere else to stay. At first we thought it was just a mistake but then realised that we may have been victims of a scam.

We then realised that someone had our credit card details and so promptly stopped the card and hopefully will be able to claim the amount we lost back.

It looks like the site has now gone off the web but it is a reminder to be very careful when you book anything online.
