Terrible! Unfair service Edreams. Beware, multiple charges! I would not recommend anyone. I bought tickets week ago WAW-BCN-WAW for 4 people, price was 540 EUR and 50 EUR discount for payment of visa debit card on Edreams.es which does not exist. E dreams took from my card 2 X 320 EUR (!) and I received messages saying that I should increase the limits on the card to pay more money. booked flight through edreams when i searched flights they quoted me £101 when i put my details in and payment card before i reallised the payment had gone up to £143 i clicked the button thats how quick it changed if i booked direct with ryanair i would have payed £115 but because they quoted me £101 this is why i went with them there quote was wrong anyway because they paid ryanair £115 after severall emails to them to ask them to explain why they said it was there service charge is not… Read Full Review

The short of it is this - flight cancelled by Tunisair (not eDreams fault - however what happened next is! After no less than 5 international calls, I am still not sure I will get my money back. I wanted to book a flight through Edreams and when I got to the payment page there was an error with a message that no payment would be taken and that my transaction was unsuccessful. A few days later when I check my email the flights were confirmed and payment had been taken. They claim to be the cheapest, but cunningly add in a massive service charge at end which makes them the most expensive. Booked a break to Amsterdam for 4 with KLM flights and a B&B hotel. I confirmed a package at £1093. The site was sending “timeout” messages, obviously to rush you so that you don’t notice that the final cost in small print at the top of the screen is £1218, when you click to finally confirm. In reply to your comments we would like to inform you that since the ticket price is a subject of availability, which changes constantly, in order to guarantee the correct information on prices our web page would be refreshed every 15 minutes

A summary of the final charge is displayed before committing the purchase. Thus, no payment is processed without permission of the customer.

Customer service is very inadequate. It you ever need assistance plan on being put on hold for 45+ minutes ( I assume in hopes that you will just hang up or go away) I'm having to buy another ticket because they will not handle a situation where there was a typo on my reservation. I booked online and got my booking confirmation by email from them. All the name were correct. I then went to the link they give called check my trip and 2 of the names on the etickets were wrong. I have called them x4 emailed them x3 and got no help at all. Not even a response to my emails.
