Used ebooking.com for car hire from Toronto airport with ez rent a car. Took payment at time of booking that wasn't recognised at the desk in Toronto - payment taken in January and still waiting for response as to what this was for. Car hire ended up being double the cost we were quoted online when booking. Again still waiting for a response from both as to why this happened when the booking was mid February. Would not use either again - very poor customer service and stressful experience.
