Unless you enjoy throwing money down the drain I would avoid at all cost!!!

This company is a complete scan! Tickets were purchased to visit my sister in Australia and to fly out 31st March 2020 but the pandemic hit. Since then the communication from this company has been awful.

My family and I have sent them repeated emails for a cash refund and they respond each time trying to offer a credit note. We completed the form they sent us for the cash refund in September 2020 AND STILL have not received a refund months later.

Their excuse is that they haven’t received a refund from the airline but I’ve been in contact with Etihad and they deny this claim.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!

I have written another email to them with a week to pay up otherwise I will be taking legal action and going to the media
