I have notified the DREAM WORLD that I was cancelling my flight to Minst one week before the flight as requested by Dream World. Was given a refund ref number and asked to wait 2 weeks for the refund. I gave it 3 weeks-went on their cite-entered my reference number and got-NO RECORD EXISTS. I tried to phone the refund team but this time couldn't get through. Calle sales team and got through immediately-the bloke on the phone again advised me to wail, I emailed the refund team and was advised to wait 8 weeks. Now-after 8 more weeks-no refund. I am afraid Dream World have taken my money. Anyone is entitled at least for the air taxes refund! I got nothing-meaning Dream world reclaimed the refund from Belavia and kept the money. And I have got nothing. Anyone can recommend where and how I can put a claim agains them/
