Still waiting since 29/09 for booking confirmation.D2 saying room booked hotel saying no reservation.Read a few reviews where people turned up at hotel to no room.Also waiting for someone to rebook flight cancelled by BA on Friday.Customer services line non existant and emails unanswered.Getting fed up now D2 want this sorted

We would appreciate that you kindly allow us opportunity to address the numerous emails you have sent which have been acknowledged that we are dealing for you.We have no control over the timescales of our supplier or the hotel but will ensure you receive reply in due course. We are also dealing with your fight and again would appreciate the opportunity and time to do so
