Absolutely appalling company. We have booked a holiday to Mexico it has been cancelled by TUI however D2 will not give us our money back. You cannot speak to anyone. I have emailed and no one responds. I have been promised call backs now four times and no one calls back. They have a large sum of money of ours and we cannot get any way of getting it back.

This company should be shut down. Please look on Facebook. There is a complaints page on this company and how badly they are treating people.

We are sorry that your flights have been cancelled, obviously we work with the hotel to achieve a refund for you and await money back from the airline to pass back to you.Your booking is recorded that you want a refund and we are dealing about this as has been confirmed in calls with you.If you have also emailed, you will receive a reply in the timescales mentioned. Meanwhile we appreciate your patience that refund is not denied.
