When they wanted money off me their response time was very quick, they then overcharged me by £1700 which they have admitted was a mistake at their end (luckily I had all the original quotes) and I am now 11 weeks and still have not been refunded, emails ignored from their customer service department so I will have to go through my credit card company to get the money back.
