Booked a Tailor Made holiday last year. Booking process was OKish - but agent kept getting things wrong - forgetting to do things etc.
Unfortunately we had to cancel at the last minute (family medical emergency) and they could not have been less helpful. OK T&Cs state no refunds etc. etc. but other parts of the holiday we booked ourselves were very understanding, and refunded etc.
All cruise.co.uk do is refer me to the T&Cs.

Would not recommend.
