I booked a cruise in July and was told that I would get a call later about my car parking at Southampton. This never happened so I rang the customer service number and was put on hold for 15 minutes after which I hung up. Tried again 2 days later and with the same result. I later tried a different number and eventually was put through to an operator. She was very helpful and e-mailed me the next day with an offer to book the free car parking which I accepted. I would have given 5 stars if I had received the call I was promised.
