What an extremely frustrating journey dealing with your customer service #BYOjet. Not only do you have 3 hours of waiting time - but your customer service also guides people wrong and advises them to deal with the airline directly - and the Airline has no clue about this #ThaiAirways.
Then you charge $$250 USD considering what's happening around the world #Covid19 pandemic when all airlines #ThaiAirways have canceled their fees for changes/cancellation.

Seriously #badcustomerservice and not bothered when both the Airlines and Customers have suffered the inconvenience both mentally and financially.
