Having taken several holidays with Broadway travel , my general opinion was they were quite good and that is probably still the case provided nothing goes wrong .
My latest experience with them highlights the difference between a good company from a bad company , how do they handle things when they go wrong and the answer was illustrated when returning flights were cancelled .
The answer simply is you are on your own , in fact the only advice you will get is take it up with the airline not our problem .
The fact is the mass of small print is basically to protect them not you and they will insist every buyer is totally aware of the position .
With these holidays there should be a clear warning stating if flights are cancelled you are on your own.
