I wouldn’t even know where to start- blueseaholidays are absolute a disgrace! Taking customers money- literally! We booked a full package holidays with Blueseaholidays for me, my partner and my son. The package included return easyJet flights from Belfast international to Dalaman (Turkey), 7 nights all inclusive accommodation and private transfer from/to airport in Turkey. The total cost of the holiday was £1809.61 where £1054.86 was the cost of flights, which blueseaholidays paid to easyJet when they made the booking for us. On the day of the departure we received an email from easyJet stating the flight was cancelled and that we could choose one of the 3 options: changing the flight free of charge, requesting a voucher for the flights value, or requesting full refund of flights. After speaking to one of the blueseaholidays representative we decided to request the money back, as we were informed by the blueseaholidays adviser that there are no other flights available for us. EasyJet policy states that they can only refund the money to the original way of booking which in this case was blueseaholidays. During the conversation with blueseaholidays representative we were told that once they will receive the money they will than be able to refund it to us. We kept in contact with blueseaholidays calling them and asking if they received the money and for the first 2 weeks they kept saying they checked with the accountant department and the money are still not there. Then on Tuesday 14th June we were informed they won’t refund the money back and we need to claim it from the insurance. We called few more times and sent emails but got no reply. EasyJet stated in emails that the full refund was made and it was blueseaholidays who received the refund. The contract with blueseaholidays stating they are responsible for the services from the other contractors. Blueseaholidays didn’t do anything to help us after our flight was cancelled if that’s not enough they decided to keep money that don’t belong to them. I am 9 months pregnant, the stress blueseaholidays are putting me through is unbelievable. If we knew they wouldn’t give us the refund back we would have request a voucher instead but we put our trust into them and now we are where we are, fighting for our money.

“Awful company ”

Rude Not helpful at all. Emails back and forth Rip you off with amending bookings Avoid like the plague !! Will book with another company next time
