“I requested a refund because my flight was cancelled...”

I requested a refund because my flight was cancelled due the covid-19 pandemic, on TWO occasions with different reps. Both reps told me that they were going to send the refund request to the airline and confirm to me by email that I should be getting my money back.
One month and a half later, I just found out that NONE of the 2 reps I spoke to actually requested the refund to the airline even though I was promised that they sent it. I am left with no choice but dispute the charge with the credit card company.
Very disappointing.
I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER AGAIN.
