Where to start. I've been trying to book 2 nights in a particular hotel for 30minutes. It uses Amoma.com as its booking service.
What a poor experience. Registration via your Facebook is a waste of time - don't bother, they still want you to fill in a full page of details, address etc anyway. Then it doesn't accept a Postcode so you cannot complete that whatever you enter.
Then booking as an anonymous browser is hard - cannot find the hotel, then when you do and it offers a rate - surprise when you select it the rate doubles because 'while you were browsing, someone else booked the room' - yeah right. Its 0600 in the morning btw and I was browsing that part for about 30 seconds.
Then more form filling and finally a booking.
DO NOT click any of the cashback, or special offers they then present you with. EVERY ONE is a rip off and will try to lure you into some VIP membership club or other scheme which may look like it is £1 but will start to incur recurring charges monthly which you will have problems cancelling.
The whole experience is one of rip off. I don't even feel comfortable giving my credit card to these people.
There is no email or online complaint channel - just a phone number which I will try for the hell of it but which will be a faceless call centre that does nothing.

In summary - Amoma.com - waste of web space and basically shamming their customers, not serving them.
