Been using Agoda for over 5 years now and so far, all bookings have been dependable. there was one time that a Hotel in India failed to reserve the room that i booked and i was upgraded upon showing my Agoda booking print out.

I was able to take advantage of the lowest rates everytime i book and will continue to do so in the next 5 years or so, or until i get screwed by bad service (hopefully not) from booking through Agoda.

Fast, Easy (they say 2mins but i actually took 3mins 26 seconds to complete; but that's fast!)and Dependable.

Excellent and keep it up!
