Spain, Golf Club de Catalunya

Been to Golf Club de Catalunya twice now on group golf weekends and it's easy to recommend. A modern hotel with good facilities including a nice pool and spa, but of course the major consideration is the golf. Two very playable courses that you won't get bored of over a long weekend - tight in places but with enough room, and length, to let you open your shoulders. Greens generally in good nick although as with many similar set ups they can be overplayed and most visitors are pretty poor at repairing pitch marks. Overall I would be happy to return.
