The food in this hotel was great.Plenty to choice from and cooked well.Unfortunately that was all that was going for it really.The inclusive spirits were not that nice.Guests had to wear a wristband that they had to scan to get into the drinks area which was by the pool, so you had to go upstairs with your drink if you wanted to sit in the lounge where the entertainment was.Children seemed to run riot in this hotel unchecked by parents or staff.The pool area was very small for the size of the hotel so there was no chance of getting near it.People reserved sun beds with towels before seven oclock in the morning.The entertainment was put on by the hotel entertainment staff, and was not that good.Like watching an amateur school show.Very childish.Before my purchase I would have liked to know whether there was proper entertainment brought into the hotel.Also if irresponsible parents do not mind their children then the hotel staff should be more vigilant.There were children going under the scanner by the swimming pool bar area and using an industrial size toaster ! They were only 8 or 9 years old.They could have burnt themselves or got drunk! I would not go to this hotel again, despite the food being lovely.I found the staff were not that friendly which is unsurprising given some guests behaviour.We only just got on the bus transferring us to the airport, as other people tried to board, and the driver said he only had room for four more people.Couldn't the Thomson rep from the hotel tick off people when they got on their bus?.We could have been just left there.I have holidayed with Crystal before and this is what their representatives do.
