Though a little heavy while it was still empty, the luggage looked great: sturdy fabric, cable reinforced handle, multiple pockets, expandable, the right size for a small backpacker. Unfortunately, just after the first trip, the zipper of the main compartment, which is uncovered, started to wear at both bottom corners. After the third trip, it was badly worn and unstitched. The Bay store (where I bought it) sent it to Landau Sacamoto to get it fixed. I received a letter telling me I mistreated my luggage and they were not going to repair it under the 15 years warranty. In my opinion, this luggage has a faulty design and I do not recommend anybody to buy it. And if you did and have the same problem, report it and share it with every body else.
