Different to what was expected. Was expecting a more substantial garment but 1 realise why it is lightweight for its intended purpose.

Expected more pockets inside and on the back, but there were not any.

Probably expecting too much from the garment after seeing all the adverts advocating how clever and great it was.

I normally shop with well known high street names for security's sake but couldn't find what I needed and decided to take a chance with Luggage Express and I am so glad I did. I would definitely recommend Luggage Express without hesitation to all. Express is definitely the right word - ordered before noon on Wednesday package arrived less than 22hrs later, now that's what I call service. The Antler cabin bags we ordered were first class too. The courier they used have a tracking system so you can see exactly where your parcels are during delivery and Luggage Express keep you updated constantly with e-mails. Fantastic company. There were no cons to this service at all - Well Done
