I ordered a scarf for a birthday gift but it had not arrived a week later although my card had been debited a few days before. I rang Customer Services who were very apologetic. They rang me back the same day to say there had been a delay but they would try to get it here by the day I wanted to give my gift (2 days later) and they also refunded half the cost of the scarf because of my trouble. The scarf arrived the next day. A few days later I received a free gift in addition to the refund, because of the delay - this was a Kipling purse priced at £20 on the website. Very very good service and I certainly recommend them.

I remember years ago buying a backpack from Kipling. Wouldn't say I would buy one now though, as they are pretty pricey. I remember the little monkey keyring that comes with each bag, think that was the main reason I wanted to buy one.

I have to say, the bag did last me a while. I outgrew the bag before it fell apart, which in my book is always a good buy. I would recommend Kipling bags, but I'm not sure they are value for money. Wouldn't spend that much on a bag again.
