Matamanoa Island Resort

Thank you to you guys for recommending Matamanoa to us.

We booked 10 nights at Matamanoa Island Resort and it was heavenly. On arrival we were greeted with shell leis and the Fijian Staff were welcoming us with a live serenaders singing on the beach. Yes I said LIVE! From there we were taken to the reception to check-in and offered some tropical welcome drinks. Our Beachfront Bure were on absolute Beachfront and very spacious. The whole setting of the bure and the clean bathroom were just a great start to our holiday vacation at Matamanoa. I fell in love with the food. I must say I'm not a big eater but I actually finished my plate. Really enjoyed the food. Matamanoa has some of the best snorkeling in the region. You just need to go to Matamanoa to experience it. I give it a 10/10. We are already planning our trip later this year to go there again.

The Matamanoa Island Resort in Fiji was beautiful, and the staff went out of their way to help with the wedding and anything we needed. I suggest that you take lots of snacks, as the supply is very limited on the island. Overall, a very good stay.

I'm used to staying in really posh hotels so when I got there I wasnt really amazed but once you get used to it you will just never want to leave, mostly because of the staff and location.

I think the hotel is really for young adults coming with friends or couples.

Food is really good, again just be carefull on snacks and that for the beach there is'nt much choice.

Staff are so friendly, I really liked the way they wanted to help, but I think more because they were friendly when you wanted them to be they never imposed.

Definatly go there again, you should too, believe me.
