Varadero, Hotel Club Kawama

Very nice beach, free rent of boats and windsurf instructor. Good instructor for kiting (25'per hour). Nice pools but no possibility to jump, max. 1.5 meter deep. However, the food and the drinks were of bad quality in my opinion. Rooms not very clean, strange smell.

Hotel Club Kawama is a 3 star resort and that is exactly what you get. The pool, beach and ocean in Varadero are all great but the food is terrible. There is no selection and be very careful with what you eat. If you can stay here cheaply, then it is worth it but don't spend any more than $800.00 to go here for a week.
