First Wyndham Palms Resort Lost Our Reservations,
First Wyndham Palms Resort lost our reservations, and would not acknowledge our confirmation nos. Cleaning staff stole recently purchased merchandise out of our dresser, worth $58.00. Management wouldn't address it. Breakfast was horrible, worse than a typical continental, served outdoors, and the staff was deplorable and rude.
Finally, you need to access Rte. 192 in and out, which was gridlock to Disney and home again. Terrible stay, ruined vacation, and we travel to Orlando/Kissimmee every year.
