South Seas Resort Has Potential But Surely Not Yet
South Seas Resort has potential but surely not yet. They need work on their amenities, customer service. Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE and Overly Priced. We had requested a baby guard fence prior to our arrival. We arrived no baby guard fence, I called several times a day just to hear their untrained staff give different sorry excuses and receive it three days later. Room service charged $105.00 for two pizza pies, two individual salads and two slices of cake, Ridiculous! Furthermore, we were disappointed with the high priced marina that turned out to have an uncomfortable ramp, poor conditioned pier and overall look of the marina. ....We did not get our monies worth by staying in the south seas resort.

Captiva South Seas Resort In Florida Is An Establi
Captiva South Seas Resort in Florida is an established resort with a long and stellar reputation. It is billing itself as "partially open". It might be true in the technical sense, but the changes of ownership and Hurricane Charley have put this facility behind the eight ball. It is still a construction site, and not open enough to overcome the construction issues. They are still charging "normal" resort rates, and you end up feeling ripped off.
