Mayan Riviera, Secrets Excellence

Returning this March for 4th visit to Excellence Good points EVERYTHING. Food, staff service and faboulous rooms. Have recommended resort to family and friends and when they arrive they are blownawy with the reception. Excellence is Excellence and gets better each year and that is why we keep returning.

Fantastic range of restaurants at the Secrets Excellence hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent facilities. We would definitely visit again. The only "negative" is that you could say breakfast was repetitive, but only as there is so much choice every day!

Mayan Riviera, Secrets Excellence. No bad points. Excellent cuisine, luxury accommodation

We spent two weeks at Secrets Excellence on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico during May 2006. We had a swim up room near the spa, and this upgrade was well worth it. It was fantastic to be able to get up in the morning and jump straight in the pool. The food was out of this world. Sometimes we had room service which is included in the price. On my birthday the staff provided a cake and bucks fizz! The rooms are very luxurious with a jacuzzi inside and on the terrace. The staff are very friendly, and they will accommodate anything you ask for. Although tipping was included, we felt we wanted to tip some of the staff. I relaxed as soon as I got there.

I can't recommend this hotel enough.
