Cabo San Lucas, Villa Del Arco

We went to Villa del Arco, Cabos to celebrate my birthday. We arrived on April 29th, we were offered a free breakfast which turned out to be a way of selling time shares. That afternoon we went to the pool when we returned the house keeper was finishing up, she told us to come on in and when my husband stepped in the room he slipped and broke his right leg ligaments and ended up with bruises in his arms. As compensation we were offered $100 to come back and use it in their facilities, We asked that they pay us our air fare and hotel to come back to celebrate my birthday. They sent us a nasty email
