Kaissa Beach Bungalows & Apartments, Crete

Everything went really well with all our travel arrangements. Luckily we read the small print on what to do on arrival at Heraklion as they have a unique way of allocating coaches to arriving passengers. The small booth to go to was clearly indicated in the small print and we were quickly directed to our coach. The hotel we stayed at (The Kaissa Beach hotel) was ideal for us with excellent facilities, and a brilliant staff - they could not do enough for us. The linen and towels seemed to be changed every second day, and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned frequently. The pool and surrounds were kept in pristine condition. Only a short walk to a number of excellent value Taverna's. Well done low cost holidays we will book with you again.
