Lara - Rixos Lares park

Rixos Lares park was not impressive at all! There was no aircondition in the hotel lounge/lobby when we first arrived, not even in the entire hotel and when we asked the staff about it they just blamed the weather condition outside, they didnt do anything about it. We were there for a whole week with 4 other families and all of them were complaining because of the humidity and heat inside the hotel. Many rooms had aircondition but not all of them worked. We were having a dinner in one of the a la carte restaurants in the hotel and they overcharged us with many bottles of wine we never had used. The staff had no idea of how to handle the guest's complaints. The service at the hotel was found to be extremely bad. The food and drinks at the hotel was worse than any other hotel i have been to in antalya. The beach around the hotel was satisfactory.
