Kemer, Resort Dedeman Club Belkoy

Had the misfortune to book my holiday to Kemer at Resort Dedeman Club Belkoy with Chapa Travel Ltd. Probably the worst travel company I have ever had the misfortune to give my hard earned cash too. They claimed that my original booking to the Akman Beach Resort was 'overbooked' (how can that still happen in this day and age?) and they took me to the Club Belkoy instead. This in my opinion just can't ever be a 4 star resort. It is an almost exclusive Russian Resort hence all entertainment is designed towards the Russian nation. Families from the UK should bear that in mind if they wish to interact with English speaking holidaymakers. As for Chapa Travel they promised to relocate me four days later but after repacking and waiting all day, they failed to show up and I had to endure the remainder of my holiday nightmare at the Club Belkoy. Chapa Travel fail to respond to letters of complaint and seem not to value or believe in customer satisfaction or retention. My objective advice is think carefully about going to the Club Belkoy and please do not book with Chapa Travel as I was sorely disappointed.
