Maritim Grand Azur Hotel

I have loved Turkey from the moment I visited the country 4 years ago. I decided to go for the Maritim Grand Azur Hotel this year after self catering last year and wow was I impressed. What a beautiful setting. Just far enough away from the main strip of restaurants and bars to be quiet and relaxing. The people couldn't do enough for us, the food was top class, hence I came back heavier than I arrived! We can't wait to return next year and would really love to make it there twice next year. I have found my hotel and country where I will be taking my holidays from now on. Thanks for the lovely memories.

The Maritim Grand Azur Hotel was outstanding, very clean, rooms were fab with power shower, air con, fridge, balcony, safe and tv.

The food was out of this world and to die for, a massive choice to suit every taste. They had commis chefs outside cooking things on a Bbq and you could eat as much as you liked. There was an outside restaurant or an indoor one if you preferred. I would definitely go back again if I ever went back to Marmaris and certainly recommend it to anyone of any age.

The pool was clean and quite big and had a small water slide, also a children's pool and lots of sun beds and sun shade all free and beach/pool towels supplied free every day, tropical gardens which we sunbathed in a few times and the beach a stone throw away from the back of the hotel. A pool bar which served lunches and drinks.

The beach was literally a hop skip and jump from the back of the hotel. We would sunbathe in the tropical gardens then a few steps to the beach to go in the sea and cool off, clean beach too with hoses to hose the sand off. A beach bar which served lunches and drinks and again the food was fab.

The staff were excellent, rooms cleaned every day and very friendly, even the chefs came out of the kitchens and took the time to speak and the waiters were really good and worked hard. There are a few shops situated inside the hotel, a jewelers, newsagent, suntan lotion, shoes, sweets, cigarettes, fancy goods etc and a hairdressers.
